SHIPPING POLICY
Soaps of Babylon takes pride in quick shipping. You can expect your package to ship in 1-3 business days. We will email you a tracking number once your order has shipped. Packing is done by hand to ensure that the items in your order are not damaged. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. If any merchandise is damaged during shipping or by the carrier, you will have to take it up with the shipping provider.
BAY AREA FREE, SAME-DAY DELIVERY
If you live in the Albany, Berkeley, Hercules, Oakland, Pinole, or Richmond areas and order $35 or more worth of soap, your order will be delivered straight to your door within a few hours. Orders placed after 6 pm will be delivered the next day. If you live in San Francisco, orders worth $65 or more of soap will be delivered to your door within a few hours. Orders placed after 7 pm will be delivered the next day. If you have any instructions regarding delivery, send an email to soapsofbabylon@hotmail.com after placing your order.
